Steve … needless to say ….amazing what you and your team do…..and in working with multiple agents and lenders and our agents the last two weeks on our listings….IT IS AMAZING HOW MANY LOAN OFFICERS AND AGENTS TOLD ME THERE IS NO WAY TO DO A FINANCED transaction in under 21 days….and that they would prefer 24 or 25…… basically guaranteeing their client loses out on a property……
